Regular verbs: ending of Past Participle = t
Verbs of movement (irregular): ending of Past Participle = t or en
- Ich bin gefahren. (I drove.)
- Ich bin nach Berlin gefahren. (I drove to Berlin.)
- Ich bin gestern nach Berlin gefahren. (Yesterday, I drove to Berlin.)
- Ich bin gestern mit dem Zug nach Berlin gefahren. (Yesterday, I took the train to Berlin. Literally: Yesterday, I drove with the train to Berlin.)
